Windows 10 and above has an inbuilt Clipboard history manager, and it saves all the things you have copied.
What is Clipboard History Manager
A Clipboard history manager is a tool or feature that keeps track of all the items you copy to your clipboard. It allows you to access and retrieve previously copied texts, images, or files, making it easier to reuse or reference them later.
The Clipboard history manager can be extremely useful in various ways. Firstly, it eliminates the need to constantly switch between different applications or windows to access previously copied content. Instead, you can simply access the manager and select the item you want to paste. This can save a lot of time and effort, especially when working with multiple pieces of information.
Additionally, a Clipboard history manager enhances productivity by allowing you to store a larger number of items in the clipboard. By default, the clipboard can only store one item at a time, which means you constantly have to recopy items as you move between different applications. With a Clipboard history manager, you can store a history of multiple items, providing more flexibility and convenience.
How to Activate the Clipboard History Manager.
Instead of Control+V just use Windows Key+V and it will pop-up a list showing your clipboard history.
You can continue using Control+C to copy as usual.
Note: The feature stays asleep till you activate it for the first time. That is after you use the shortcut Windows Key+V for the first time it will start recording the clipboard history
