preview of tab icons

For years Safari has missed website icons (favicons) in tabs to quickly identify websites in dozens of tabs. This feature was available in other popular browsers like Chrome. But now macOS Mojave finally fixes it. Follow below steps and join the icons party.

  1. Click on ‘Safari‘ Menu on the status bar (top left) and select ‘Preferences…‘ 1 select preferences under safari
  2. In the window that appears, click on the second tab called “Tabs” (coincidence 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️)2 select second tab called tabs 😅🤷🏻‍♂️.png
  3. Now ✅ select ‘Show website icon in tabs‘ checkbox 3 select show website icons

… and you are done !!
