If you are using the PixelExperience Custom ROM on your POCO F1, and recent updates have messed up the touch response, then it could be because of faulty touch drivers.

For most of the POCO F1 devices, the September update should solve the issue, but if you are still facing it, then you should flash an older version of touch drivers.
